Our Contour Method provides the full residual stress map(2D) across the cut plane. Procedure is Cut specimen, 3D Scans deformation of cut surface, Performs FEA(Finite Element Analysis).

  • Full-field mapping : Delivers 2D results rather than point/line values, clearly revealing stress concentrations at welds, HAZ, corners and ribs.
  • Broad applicability : Suitable for large/thick parts, complex geometries and high-strength materials that are difficult for conventional NDT methods.
