The 20 kN-class compact tensile/compression tester features a precision load cell and a rigid compact frame, Providing normal test even under poor condition and environment. When synchronized with optical DIC (Digital Image Correlation), the system enables simultaneous measurement of global deformation fields and local strain distributions for high-fidelity material characterization.

  • DIC Integration : Works in full synchronization with optical DIC to capture total deformation and localized strain fields, precisely analyzing uniform and non-uniform behavior.
  • Versatile Load Profiles : Supports constant-load, constant-displacement, and sinusoidal profiles via step and servo control, enabling tests on all kinds of materials – metals, composites, polymers and etc.
  • High-Speed Synchronized Acquisition : Captures force and image data simultaneously using high-resolution (≥ 5 MP) cameras, improving post-processing accuracy through temporal alignment.
  • Grip & Stroke Modularity : Interchangeable grips for plate, rod, and 3D-printed specimens. Crosshead stroke and frame stiffness can be optimized for the DIC field of view.
  • Comprehensive Analysis : Combines DIC-derived results (displacement, strain, von Mises stress, etc.) with load–displacement data for yield-point extraction and damage initiation tracking.
  • Ease & Safety : Compact bench-top configuration allows easy to remove and setup, built-in interlocks and overload protection ensuring safety in repeated testing.
